I am passionate about bringing forth the best version of the student and motivating them to be honourable, educated, intelligent, sophisticated and independent thinkers. “Do not train a child to learn by force or harshness; but direct them to it by what amuses their minds, so that you may be better able to discover with accuracy the peculiar bent of the genius of each” ~ Plato. Developing confidence in children is vital aspect of educating. As they mature and blossom, their self-esteem develops, and they realize that there is a beautiful world open for them to discover and play a pivotal role in.”

I strive to not only create a warm, welcoming, educational environment where my students gained knowledge on the required subjects, but also encourage them to think outside the box & channel their inner creativity and personalities as well as providing them with a support system so they can thrive emotionally, socially, academically, physically and become resilient, responsible, respectful, and enthusiastic young individuals.”

Virginia Woolf once said, “Once she knows how to read, there’s only one thing you can teach her to believe in – and that is herself.” My goal when teaching is to nurture critical and independent thinkers, inspire and instil a great passion for learning in an inclusive environment where learning is a collaborative process that extends beyond the classroom.

I believe that learning takes place best in a positive, safe environment filled with laughter. Learning requires a collaboration with parents, students, and teachers, working together and building trust and respect with one another. Teaching is about encouraging, sharing, and sharing the creativity of all the full parts in learning. We are here to guide and support the children here at our school, by looking at things from the children’s perspectives and sharing our knowledge with our students.
